Inside Sales Representative
Ganymede Technologies Corp. is seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative in office in Bucyrus, Ohio. We are a growing company who has been in business for 30+ years who's on a mission to make retailers' business management easier with point-of-sale inventory management software that help them grow! If you are detail oriented with a sales background, we would be a perfect fit for you!

Responsibilities: • Developing new sales opportunities using outbound cold emails, cold calls and website lead follow-ups • Communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities • Answering customers' questions, resolving their concerns and providing additional information via calls and emails • Explaining and demonstrating the functions and features through online demos of the software • Maintaining and improving the database of prospects • Researching for new leads • Occasionally travel to trade shows
Qualifications: • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required • Some trade show travel is required • Must be willing to learn how to do proposals • Experience with understanding in the retail hardware, lumber, convenience, and general business is preferred • Experience with computers is required. • Knowledgeable with GoldMine CRM Systems and QuoteWerks or similar POS and inventory management software products preferred • A back ground in business or small to mid-size business is very helpful
