The Opportunity

Based 2-3 days a week in our central Bucharest office (rest of time working from home 9am to 6pm), this is a varied role with a broad mix of customer liaison and collaboration with our internal sales & services teams. The role impacts sales support operations, business growth, and customer retention.
The Commercial Service Support will interact with customers via phone and email to identify service needs, manage and update sales contracts and renewals, organise field service engineer visits and Service Centre repairs, create reports (Salesforce).
In addition, you may look after other customer needs, including shipments, billing, warranty issues, basic product inquiries, documentation, and deal with customer complaints. There’s also a great opportunity to proactively develop new ideas and help drive process improvements.

The ideal candidate:
Self-motivated, positive, proactive attitude and some experience in inside sales (or customer service if combined with a good commercial understanding of KPIs, revenues etc)
People person with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (fluent Romanian & advanced English languages)
Teamworking skills but also able to work independently, flexible, IT literate (MS Office), Bulgarian language may be useful but isn’t critical
