Job Purpose: Cook and serve full menu. Serves customers by mixing and serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks; safeguarding patrons. Graciously greet customers and serve in a timely manner. Position could become full time for the right applicant. Applicant must love all things Halloween;) and have a wicked sense of humor!! Duties: * Cooking burgers, fries, soups, specialty sandwiches, appetizers, breakfast and more. * Prepares mixed drinks by selecting and mixing ingredients according to recipes. * Change and tap beer kegs. * Serves beer by filling glasses with beer drawn from tap; retrieving and opening requested-brand bottles and cans. * Provides bar snacks by replenishing pretzels, nuts, and special mixes. * Maintains attractive bar; removing soiled glassware and empty bottles and cans; washes all bar and kitchen dishes. * Maintains supplies by re-stocking snacks, liquors, wines, beer, and non-alcoholic ingredients. * Prepares trash for disposal by separating garbage and recyclable items. * Makes good use of idle time by portioning foods, cleaning and stocking kitchen and bar   supplies. *Responsible for balancing cash register and standard opening or closing duties. * Responsible for overall cleaning of establishment to prepare for the next shift. * Maintains safe, secure, and healthy bar and patrons by following and enforcing standards and procedures; judging when customers have consumed too much alcohol; calling for alternate transportation; complying with legal regulations. * Enhances bar's reputation by following current practices and standards.
