Description
We are offering an opportunity for a PC Technician in Buckeye, Arizona. This role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing computer systems and equipment. As a technician, you will be responsible for administering network accounts, guiding users in proper use of technology, and maintaining the technology inventory. MUST BE WILLING TO OBTAIN A FINGERPRINT CLEARANCE CARD!
Responsibilities:
• Perform maintenance, modifications, and repairs to computer systems and equipment
• Install and configure various operating systems, software, hardware, and peripherals
• Administer network accounts for users
• Guide users in the proper use of technology
• Maintain and support the technology inventory
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot software programs
• Perform basic service/repair analysis on computers and equipment
• Schedule warranty repairs and other vendor services
• Continuously broaden knowledge of equipment, software, and their implementations
• Write and distribute user-friendly documentation for common software questions
• Attend and assist with regular technology training sessions
• Station the site Tech Center and support walk-in support for student technology.
Requirements • Must possess knowledge and experience in Dell Technologies.
• Familiarity with EO/IR systems is necessary.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite and related software.
• Understanding of Networking principles and applications is required.
• Capable of managing different Operating Systems effectively.
• Must have expertise in Active Directory.
• Knowledge of Computer Hardware is essential.
• Should possess skills in Configuration Management.
• Experience in Deployments is necessary.
