Under general supervision, performs a variety of professional, technical and administrative activities to support the functions of the City Manager, Assistant City Managers and Deputy City Manager; manages special projects and assists with program management; duties may vary according to work assignment.

Responsible for project management of assigned programs and manages special projects as directed; conducts research, collects and consolidates data, and compiles findings; validates and analyzes data, recommends solutions, and presents results to appropriate individuals or groups\ Coordinates information and assures effective communications between departments; clarifies and reconciles issues relating to department functions and procedures.\ Receives and responds to citizen inquiries, complaints, and/or other matters of public interest\ Coordinates and facilitates requests, issues, and projects raised by the City Council and responded to by the City Manager\'s Office and various department directors\ Prepares presentations, and written communications on behalf of the City Manager, Assistant City Managers, and Deputy City Manager\ Resolves problems and customer service inquiries within scope of authority; provides advice and assistance to customers and external agencies\ Creates, develops and processes technical documents and other communications\ Provides and explains technical and financial information to customers, external agencies and City staff and management\ Performs and coordinates a wide range of technical, analytical, and administrative duties.\ Manages OneNote and Teams groups\ Creates and maintains a CMO Ticketing System\ Performs other duties as assigned or required
