onsemi Application Engineer for MPD in Bucheon-si, South Korea
What you will do
As an Application Engineer in the MPD(Multi-Market Power Division), your responsibilities will range from new product definition, development, test and evaluation, and customer technical support for Power MOSFETs (30-1200V) including wide band gap devices.
Key Objectives
Investigate and research the power conversion topologies required for AI platforms and define the characteristics of next-generation power semiconductors for them.
Build standard evaluation boards and systems, test and evaluate development stage products, mass production stage products, and competitor products.
Write various technical documents (datasheets, application notes, EVB user guides, new product promotional materials, etc.)
Provide professional technical support to key customers.
