Oracle Principal Full Stack Developer in BUCHAREST, Romania

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Write code in Java, SpringBoot3, PL/SQL that meets the functional specifications

  • Create RESTful web services using Java and SpringBoot3

  • Collaborate with business owners to understand and elaborate on requirements.

  • Collaborate with architects to collaborate on Design and Implementation.

  • Develop unit and integration tests using Java and API test script (i.e. postman scripting)

  • Assist with build and deployment automation scripts

  • Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues in the application

Qualifications

  • Expert programmer in Java

  • Thorough understanding of microservices, Spring/SpringBoot, Kubernetes, Kafka, ELK (Kibana), Ambassador, ALM

  • Experience writing RESTful web services, web socket.

  • Strong knowledge of SQL and RDBMS database design

  • Have spent time as part of an agile development team (preferably Scrum)

  • Excellent in verbal and written communication with an analytical and meticulous working manner.

Nice to have:

  • Front-end web development experience with HTML5, JavaScript, TypeScript and CSS3 is desirable

  • Understanding of AJAX, object-oriented JavaScript, the DOM and JSON

  • 5+ years of industry experience

  • BS/MS in computer science or related field

You will be responsible for defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, designing and debugging of software applications or operating systems.

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.
