Ce căutăm noi?

• Muncitor calificat – zidar / zugrav / faianțator la întreținere și reparații clădiri;

• Experiență în montarea tapetului;

• Bune abilități de comunicare și lucru în echipă;

• Atenție dezvoltată către detalii;

• Atitudine pozitivă.

Ce vei face?

• Executarea de operații specifice de întreținere și reparații asupra elementelor de construcție din clădire (reparații pereți, vopsire plafoane, reparații dale, vopsit tocuri de uși, pervazuri, mese de călcat, reparații mochetă);

• Efectuarea zilnică a tururilor pe zonele indicate;

• Verificarea gresiei, a pereților și a tavanului, pentru a fi în condiții bune și raportarea pagubelor constatate;

• Rezolvarea cererilor primite prin dispecerat;

• Efectuarea lucrărilor de întreținere si a proiectelor primite;

• Verificarea și raportarea în scris și verbal a lucrărilor efectuate.
