What you will do:
Tackle diverse technical challenges, providing excellent post-sales support.
Independently devise solutions that drive tangible results.
Effectively communicate; fostering relationships that influence key decisions.
Excel in a results-oriented, customer-first setting.
Utilize your adaptability and organizational skills to enhance customer experiences.
We value candidates who have:
Experience with Inventory Management business processes.
Solid troubleshooting skills, with hands-on systems and software experience, including APIs use.
Technical proficiency in the following areas: SQL, PL-SQL, XML, Applications Patching, and Cloud Services.
Experience in analyzing software logs and trace files.
