Oracle Analyst, HR Services in BUCHAREST, Romania
Job Description
What will be your main responsibilities?
Process execution :
Manage HR processes and support for candidates, employees, managers, HR at regional and global level (Recruiting support, Offers, Hiring, Reporting)
Coordinate with various teams to prioritize and solve HR queries
Produce and deliver regular or ad-hoc reports for stakeholders
Deliver trainings to employees, managers, Recruitment, HR
Participate in UATs and implementation of new systems or tools and/or enhancements of existing systems
Run regular audits over HR data
Develop and act as process SME, RPO or GPO
Process performance :
Produce and keep process documentation and best practices up to date
Analyze and interpret data on given processes to produce trends and identify improvement areas
Run reports, conduct pareto analysis’ and use Continuous improvement methodologies to drive innovation
Perform regular internal quality audits and RCCAs
Projects :
Involved in or coordinate projects that drive innovation or process improvement
Produce and manage project related documentation, roadmaps, status dashboards, communications to stakeholders
Apply Change Management methodology on projects, initiatives, deployment of new technology (HCM, Oracle Cloud Recruiting, Apex tools, etc.)
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Has minimum 3 years’ experience in a multicultural environment;
Can communicate effectively - directly and succinctly - across cubicles, organizational boundaries and cultures;
Has strong knowledge of English language, both verbal and in writing;
Has the ability to work across cultures and regions;
Demonstrates accuracy, attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Has a proven record of successful initiatives and/or projects;
Is a team player: volunteers for new experiences, learning opportunities and helps others;
Has excellent interpersonal and customer service skills;
Is self-motivated and result-oriented
Gets excited about systems, processes and constantly seeks improvement opportunities;
Has strong Office knowledge (Word, PowerPoint, Excel);
Is a plus :
Has at least 1-year experience of participating in projects as project coordinator or project management assistant;
Acted as a Subject Matter Expert or Process Owner in one of the previous roles.
