Pall are looking to add to their team of 13 people! We are keen to speak to experienced Customer Service Representatives /Administrators who can confidently communicate in both Italian and English. This role will involve you processing and handling orders and amendments, dealing with clients, providing a friendly and responsive service to Customers who are placing orders and making enquiries. Most of your customers will be based in Italy but you could also be speaking to customers anywhere in Northern Europe.
Hours can be flexible, you can start between 8.30/9.30am and Monday through to Thursday and finish between 5.30/6.30pm (depending on when you start) and between 4/4.30pm on a Friday. This is a full time, permanent position.
What will you be doing?
This role will not only process incoming orders, but will provide product/service information as well as resolving emerging problems that the customer accounts might face, with accuracy and efficiency. Our target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
If successful in this role, you would interact with customers over the phone or via email to identify needs and determine appropriate action, or you would progress for further review. You could be providing quotes, processing sales orders, documenting customer complaints, and responding to customer service needs, including shipment, billing and warranty issues, and basic product inquiries. You would also be raising credit/Debit notes, Product Returns, preparing draft and dispatch Contracts, Quotations and Tenders for our products.
Other aspects of this role include responding to communications from Customers and the Sales Force, working to the departmental key performance indicators and objectives, and leading all aspects of order management through QlikView and SAP reporting tools.
What are we looking for?
Someone experienced (ideally 4-5 years or more) in customer focused administrative role within a commercial environment (some experience in a medical sector would be beneficial)
Knowledge of invoice, order processing or finance would be great
Proactive and extraordinary teammate who is friendly and passionate about customer service
Attention to detail along with methodical approach to work
Some basic experience of SAP is essential
Proven phone contact handling skills and active listening
Able to multi-task, prioritise, and self-manage your time effectively
Excellent communication skills including English and Italian
Ability to develop productive customer relationships and customer focused attitude
