Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC Hybrid Contract to Hire Administrative Assistant- Bryn Mawr, PA in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our client as an Administrative Assistant supporting our client's Philanthropy Department. In this role, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the philanthropy department by providing administrative assistance, data entry, and coordination support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the philanthropy department, handling inquiries, scheduling meetings, and managing correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, with a strong preference for Salesforce experience, to track donor information, gift processing, and fundraising activities.
  • Assist in the coordination of fundraising events, campaigns, and donor engagement activities, including logistics coordination, attendee registration, and follow-up communications.
  • Conduct data entry and analysis tasks to support fundraising efforts, including gift processing, donor acknowledgments, and campaign reporting.
  • Prepare materials for donor meetings, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in all communications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, finance, and communications, to support philanthropic initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide general administrative support to the philanthropy department, including filing, document management, and other ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in nonprofit management, business administration, or related field.
  • Prior experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and proficiency in data entry and management.
  • Strong administrative skills, including attention to detail, organization, and time management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
