::: {aria-expanded="true"} ::: {aria-expanded="true"} Seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to executives and teams within our client's organization. The ideal candidate will excel at multitasking, managing priorities, and maintaining confidentiality while handling complex administrative tasks. This role involves coordinating schedules, preparing reports, and serving as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities: Manage and maintain calendars, schedules, and appointments for senior leadership. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documentation. Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and preparing itineraries. Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Plan and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring availability for the team. Assist with special projects, research, and event planning as needed. :::

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills: Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Experience supporting C-level executives or senior management. Familiarity with project management tools and collaboration platforms (e.g., Asana, Slack, or SharePoint). Event planning and coordination experience. Knowledge of company-specific software or industry-related tools.

Experience: 1-4 years

Qualifications: Proven experience as a Senior Administrative Assistant or in a similar role. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects with attention to detail. Discretion and professionalism in managing confidential information. Problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs and take proactive measures. ::: :::
