Your Role and Responsibilities

These high expectations require each member of the sales team to possess superb skills and capabilities across a variety of disciplines along with a deep commitment to growing into new skills over time. The technical sales leader is a proven practitioner that leads technical sales teams, a sought-after technical leader who ensures successful delivery of client's technology strategy, and leverages IBM solutions to solve business challenges.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Deeply understand client roadmap, business architecture and initiatives linking to the client strategy

  • Eminent leader whoes perspectives are actively sought by external market, business executives, government, analysts and advisors

  • Leads by examples through effective coaching of sales teams

  • Educates & advises clients, influencing client strategy at the highest levels by applying proven expertise

  • Paint a vision of how the application/technology, infusion of modern IT architecture, integrated solutions and offerings will solve clients' business challenges, accelerate success and deliver extraordinary value

  • Strongly support the achievement of business objectoves through creation of opportunity pipeline

  • Strengthen the ability of all sellers to engage on open hybrid cloud platform and AI strategy in the context of industry use cases

  • Modern selling skills.
