Janitorial/Building Cleaning: Part time, supplemental income job for Custodial Cleaner will clean to include dusting, trash removal; wiping; sweeping; mopping; sanitizing restrooms; restocking hand soap, towel, tissue, dispensers; servicing offices, conference room, breakroom, lobby, blow outside entrance areas, removing cobwebs; cleaner will also service break room by wiping tables and chairs, sweeping, moping, removing trash, relining garbage cans, cleaning microwaves, sink, counter and restocking soap and hand towel dispensers. These items are performed daily. Break room and restroom floors will be periodically scrubbed. The Custodian will maintain restocking materials at cleaning closet and complete a daily, weekly and monthly checklist.
Requirements
20 hours per week, based a 4 hour visit. Applicants preferred to have at least a High school diploma/GED or equivalent. Applicants are preferred to have had at least 1 years custodial cleaning experience. Applicants preferred to hold a Regular driving license. Applicant must Be able to perform the job thoroughly and consistently with minimal supervision. Applicant must Be courteous and professional at all times. Applicant must Follow all safety aspects identified with the job. Applicant must Live preferably in the Brunswick area. Applicant must be able to Lift at least 40 lbs.
Salary
Salary range $920.00 - $1,040.00 Monthly.
Payment is dispersed every two weeks. The hours for this role are Part-time, Permanent
