Our client, in Brunswick Ga is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Brunswick Ga

Pay Range: 18.00 to 20.00 DOE

What’s the Job?

Receive and review work order request.

Create and input work orders into management system.

Create WO packages including APL's WOS, and drawings

Coordinate with the production processor on timing for WO packages

Assist in reviewing WO's for completeness and pulling data to support WO evaluations.

Close out work orders at completion.

Track the progress of work orders to ensure timely completion.

What’s Needed?

  • High school diploma.

  • 2 years of experience in work order management or administrative support.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize.

  • Ability to understand and process work order packages strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Organized and self-motivated.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft platforms (Excel, Word, etc.)

  • Ability to learn and navigate ERP systems.

  • Familiarity with work order management systems and software.
