The Security Guard Supervisor, in collaboration with the Corporate Security Manager, will lead a team focused on the safety and security of all Michels personnel and assets. This position will complete ongoing risk assessments and serve as a subject matter expert on security initiatives. It is essential to demonstrate and embody the corporate culture in all interactions and demonstrate professionalism and excellence in customer service. Critical for success is attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.

What it takes:
3-5 years of related experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Must possess a valid driver's license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record as determined by Michels Review Team
Management or supervisory experience (desired)
Law enforcement and/or security experience (desired)
