We are hiring a facilities Manager Enjoy the beauty of the outdoors! The Facilities Manager will be responsible for a variety of work around the association s common properties under the direction of the Office Manager. This position requires self-motivation, organizational and technical skills, and a grasp of what needs to be done. Duties will include but are limited to maintaining Sylvan Shores common property; clubhouse, playgrounds, year-round lawn care maintenance, parking lot, pool tech support, Fawn Lake Access/landings (docks, beach area, sports area), maintaining equipment, working with campground maintenance staff to close campground for the winter.
