Insight Global REMOTE Tier 1 Support Technician in Broomfield, Colorado

Job Description

A hospitality company in Colorado is looking for 4 contractors to support during their seasonal ramp up period. This team is responsible for addressing incident records submitted by internal company employees including but not limited to AD account issues, MFA support, password resets, and 'How To' inquiries. Majority of communication will be done via email or Teams, but having a strong phone presence with a customer service mindset is important. You are expected to address 10-15 incidents per hour, prioritized by a triaged ticketing system.

You will be on a team with over 12 individuals. This team is highly motivated to find great talent that also align with their company culture - collaborative, supportive, and reliable.

This role is currently slated as a 3 month contract, however extensions are possible as is conversion to FTE. This team has a history of finding talent during their seasonal ramp up, and converting them to direct hires if head count is open and performance is strong while on contract. This position is paying $19.50/hr and is fully remote, working MST. In order to be converted to an FTE, you must live in one of the following states: California, Colorado, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Hampshire, New York, Nevada, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Utah, Vermont, Washington State, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.

Skills and Requirements

1-3+ years of experience working in a helpdesk role

1+ year of experience with Microsoft Systems

Experience with password, authentication, and MFA reset related issues Experience with ISM (Incident Service Management)

Customer Service experience null
