Bright Horizons Children's Centers Operations Administrator-Hybrid in Broomfield, Colorado

The Operations Administrator is a member of the Enterprise Professional Services team. This role supports the client eligibility file and client employee eligibility verification processes, working closely with the Contact Center, Application Support and Line of Business teams to deliver high quality solutions and outcomes for our clients.

What you will be doing:

Perform eligibility verifications

Research and assist in troubleshooting client eligibility file and client employee issues

Manage sensitive and confidential electronic data and ensure the accuracy of data being entered into the database.

Resolving escalated issues, and reporting information to leadership.

Contribute to team process enhancements and special projects.

Adhere to the delivery of best practices and standards to support successful outcomes

Understand and track individual performance metrics to stay on target for service level agreements for issue response and resolution What we hope you will bring to this role:

HS Diploma or equivalent - Required

1-3 years' experience in Contact Center support, Data Entry & Analysis, Customer Service desired - Required Additional Job Requirements

Preferred experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Salesforce, Microsoft Suite

Strong analytical skills and critical thinking

Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal)

Ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work in a virtual collaborative environment.

The individual must have a strong customer service philosophy and skills; thrive in a team environment as well as in an individual setting; demonstrate impeccable organization, attention to detail and follow-up skills. Compensation Range: The annual salary range for this role is: $40,000-$50,000 per year #indcc
