ManpowerGroup Construction Project Manager - Civil in Broomfield, Colorado

Our client, a civil construction company in Arvada Colorado is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Construction Management Team supporting projects in the greater Denver area. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of construction project management experience, civil construction experience, and be quick on their feet, which will align successfully in the organization.

Project Manager:

Location: Arvada Colorado

Pay Range: $100K - $140K

What’s the Job?

  • Oversees a team of construction professionals to ensure projects are completed safely, on time and on budget.

  • Delegates work and assignments to team members based on expertise, experience and time constraints

  • Plans and conducts pre-construction meetings for each project and ensures our team knows safety needs, risk, and their assigned areas of execution.

  • Submits RFI's, Change Orders and other needed documents as required.

  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.

What’s Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in related field, which may include computer science, business or engineering.

  • Minimum of 10 years of construction management experience.

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service communication skills

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
