ManpowerGroup Construction Project Manager - Civil in Broomfield, Colorado
Our client, a civil construction company in Arvada Colorado is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Construction Management Team supporting projects in the greater Denver area. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of construction project management experience, civil construction experience, and be quick on their feet, which will align successfully in the organization.
Project Manager:
Location: Arvada Colorado
Pay Range: $100K - $140K
What’s the Job?
Oversees a team of construction professionals to ensure projects are completed safely, on time and on budget.
Delegates work and assignments to team members based on expertise, experience and time constraints
Plans and conducts pre-construction meetings for each project and ensures our team knows safety needs, risk, and their assigned areas of execution.
Submits RFI's, Change Orders and other needed documents as required.
Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
What’s Needed?
Bachelor's degree in related field, which may include computer science, business or engineering.
Minimum of 10 years of construction management experience.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service communication skills
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
