OurCoreValues Perseverance / Integrity / Family / Stability / Competency Roles and Responsibilities Assist the construction department with job cost account and project management Assist in reconciling various accounts monthly Aid in preparing documents for the company s annual review Participate in job cost meetings and monthly work in-process meetings Prepare monthly work in-process schedules Complete and file monthly sales tax returns Assist with AIA and Labor invoicing Assist and review accounts payable processing and payroll processing Participate in bi-weekly service work order meetings and assist service department as needed Review and report service customer profitability monthly Prepare list of delinquent accounts monthly Review monthly union dues and backup Additional Responsibilities Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor Minimum Requirements Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask Strong time management skills Working knowledge of Microsoft office, office equipment and procedures Associate degree in accounting At least two years of experience in accounting Preferred Skills Construction accounting background What's in it for You Health Insurance with company-match HSA Company-paid Dental, Life, and Short-term Disability insurance 401k/Profit sharing Vacation, Holiday, and Sick pay Being a valued & appreciated team member of a premier family-owned company
