Target Sr Service Manager - HQ Depot Operations in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota

The pay range is $85,500.00 - $153,900.00

Right on pace with Target’s distinctive and beloved retail brand, the SAVE (Stores, Assets and Vendor Experience) team directly influences the Store and field experience by providing excellent support services for Target technology in all Target facilities. We leverage vendor partners to deliver on-site, hands-on tech hardware support by field technicians, as well as provide off-site repairs – either in warranty or out of warranty – for Target-owned devices and connectivity. Additionally, SAVE ships parts as “depot exchange” (“quick ship” or “hot swap”) incidents and for the majority of vendor service calls from Target’s “HQ Depot” at our Headquarters building, to all Target facilities, and manages the health of spare pool inventory. One of the SAVE team’s key missions is to efficiently execute hardware fulfillment processes to ensure that Target facilities and team members have the right hardware, when they need it, in order to provide the best technology support experience for Target facilities, Target Team Members and Target Guests.

As a Sr. Service Manager – HQ Depot Operations , you will manage the operations of the HQ Depot Inbound and Outbound functions located at the Target North Campus Headquarters in Brooklyn Park, MN. You will:

  • Execute end-to-end business processes required to receive, pick, kit and ship Target tech hardware to fulfill hardware swap requests and vendor technician dispatch service calls across the country

  • Utilize operational data to manage HQ Depot Inbound and Outbound resources for optimal scheduling coverage and daily work prioritization

  • Identify areas of opportunity to gain greater operational efficiency, and introduce or develop methods, processes or ideas to innovate

  • Think critically about how to resolve day-to-day issues, ensuring alignment to larger team goals while prioritizing rapid, smart resolution

  • Take ownership for the HQ Depot team’s ability to meet daily, operational service levels and performance goals, and maximize productivity

  • Collaborate closely with Lead Service Manager for HQ Depot to ensure alignment with strategic goals and tactical objectives

About You:

  • 4-year college degree and/or equivalent experience

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience

  • Ability to quickly problem solve and think creatively, negotiate and find timely winning solutions

  • Strong analytical, reasoning, and critical thinking skills

  • Strong interpersonal, written & verbal communication skills

  • Strong data analysis skills and advanced Excel skills

  • Demonstrated track record of exceptional client support, attention to detail and collaboration

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Word, and Power Point

  • Willingness to collaborate with multiple partners

  • Ability to troubleshoot technical problems and understand technical ecosystem

Desired Requirements:

  • Experience with Service Now incident management system

  • Experience with a resource management tool

The core role requires you to report and perform job duties primarily On-Site at a Target HQ location.
