Position Summary: As an HRBP, you will act as a trusted advisor, collaborating closely with leadership and employees to drive business objectives, promote a culture of excellence, and implement human resources strategies. This role requires a blend of operational expertise, people management skills, and a deep understanding of regulatory and compliance standards in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Partner with business leaders to understand organizational goals and align HR initiatives to support operational and strategic objectives. Provide guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning to ensure long-term organizational success. Act as a primary point of contact for employee concerns, mediating and resolving conflicts to maintain a positive work environment. Support performance management processes, including coaching managers on delivering feedback and managing underperformance. Actively recruit and collaborate with recruitment teams to attract top talent, ensuring alignment with company values and industry standards. Develop retention strategies, including career development opportunities, recognition programs, and employee engagement initiatives. Must Have: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 5 years of HR experience. Proven ability to navigate complex regulatory environments (e.g., FDA, ISO standards). Strong understanding of HR principles, including employment law, employee relations, learning and organizational development, and talent acquisition. Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
