Job Description
Seeking a Commercial Roofing Foreman to join a dynamic commercial construction team. Your primary role will involve repairing, replacing, and installing roofs on commercial buildings (flat roofs) using a range of materials such as metal, aluminum, wood, shingles, tiles, slate, and steel. You may also be tasked with repairing leaky roofs, replacing broken tiles, or sealing areas to ensure they are watertight. Your work will contribute to maintaining the structural integrity and safety of the buildings we service. All job sites are located in or around the Twin Cities area, eliminating the need for overnight travel. Please note that meeting at the shop each day is a requirement for this position.

Work Environment
Work hours are Monday - Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm, with some longer days including overtime and occasional Saturdays. You will be on call every 9 weeks alongside other technicians. You will primarily work independently or with a small team for larger sites. Reporting directly to the job site is the norm, with no need to report to the shop every day. Please be prepared with basic hand tools and PPE equipment - hammer, square, tape measure, utility knife.
