Citizens Sr Maintenance Tech in Brooklyn, New York
Description
The Senior Maintenance Technician role within Real Estate Operations has responsibility for routine maintenance within our Retail and back-office facilities.
In this role you will respond to colleague and business requested work orders and have a routine schedule of work orders.
Primary responsibilities include:
Conduct minor repairs and maintenance such as changing light bulbs, replacing ceiling tiles, patch/paint damaged walls and doing visual inspections
Complete forms for visual PM inspections
Proactively inspect facilities on a routine basis and repair items as needed
Traveling to and from facilities within a designated route/radius
Closing out work orders upon completion using Computerized Maintenance Management System via phone/iPad or computer access at facilities
Work orders being completed with minimal call backs
Communicating in a pleasant and professional manner with internal Colleagues and external Customers
Maintaining inventory of supplies, tools, and materials in vehicles
Provide reports in a timely manner for purchase card verification/reconciliation
Responsibility for maintaining bank supplied vehicle and technology items
Performs all work in a safe manner within Citizens guidelines, codes and standards
Complete assigned trainings
Other duties as assigned

Proven customer service experience
Demonstrated written and verbal communications skills
Ability to communicate in English, including reading and writing
Ability to travel as required
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to ascend and descend ladders, scaffolds, and stairs
Ability to work in confined spaces
Ability to work under pressure with efficiency and accuracy
Ability to work well in team environment
Ability to plan and prioritize workload
Ability to use iPhone and iPad
Education and Certifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Valid Driver’s License
Hours and Work Schedule
Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is $25.41 - $34.38 per hour. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
