Adecco US, Inc. Shift Manager - Micro Fulfillment in Brooklyn, New York
Position Overview:
Our client, a leader in ecommerce fulfillment, seeks an MFC Shift Manager to oversee shift operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. You’ll ensure efficient pick, pack, and dispatch processes, drive team performance, and maintain safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will be computer and technologically savvy , with strong skills in warehouse management systems (WMS) and other operational technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient fulfillment and meeting KPIs (on-time fulfillment, accuracy, labor efficiency).
Implement operational plans, manage team performance, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Use WMS and digital tools to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Lead a team of operators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, inventory management, and on-time delivery.
Address customer and partner concerns promptly and maintain strong relationships.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED
3+ years in a high-volume fulfillment or distribution role, with proven leadership experience.
Proficient in WMS, Microsoft Office, and other relevant technologies.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Must be flexible with untraditional schedule.
Ability to work flexible hours and perform physical tasks.

Pay Details: $23.00 to $24.00 per hour
