Inventory & Logistics Specialist
Full Time Position – 7:00am to 3:30pm – Monday to Friday
Salary Range: $25 per hour
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory & Logistics Specialist to manage inventory and logistics in our micro-fulfillment center. This role involves overseeing stock levels, coordinating with suppliers and delivery partners, and ensuring efficient logistics operations. You will work closely with the Site Manager and Shift Managers to maintain optimal inventory and streamline the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management
Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts.
Order efficiently to minimize waste and reduce loss on soon-to-expire items.
Monitor KPIs and report on inventory to maximize profitability and minimize shrink.
Logistics Coordination
Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with suppliers and DSD partners.
Schedule deliveries and ensure timely processing.
Resolve logistics issues and maintain strong supplier relationships.
Negotiate with suppliers to optimize schedules and costs.
Forecast inventory needs based on sales trends and collaborate with the Site Manager.
Qualifications
Experience in inventory and logistics management.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication skills: experience with automation technology is a plus.

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
