Position Title : Healthcare Recruiter
Reports To: VP of Human Resources
Job summary: The Healthcare Recruiter is responsible for handling the daily administrative and HR duties of the TA Department. He/she assists the TA Manager with recruitment, record maintenance, confirming interviews, scheduling interviews and participating in new hire orientation. The Recruiter is the liaison between employees and candidates ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions regarding candidates and new hires
Responsibilities include:
Create processes and trackers in place for recruiting, interviews, follow-ups, background checks, rejected candidates
Manage the new hire onboarding tracker from initial interview process through onboarding for new employees
Source and interview potential candidates on Indeed, LinkedIn, HubSpot and social media platforms; perform outreach on career websites for potential candidates (Monster, Career Builder, Indeed)
Refer candidates to employment opportunities fitting their skills and qualifications
Serve as the liaison between internal departments and candidates to ensure most updated information is being presented to all parties
Work with the leadership team to plan, implement and track customized recruitment projects to meet the specific needs of each business client
Ensure new hires have onboarding training schedules prepared for their first week
Maintain all candidate and employee electronic files
Communicate with leadership and team regarding all postings and openings
Maintain a pipeline of candidates per job title
Take on special projects that align with the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition departments
Job requirements
High School diploma or equivalent/ some college is preferred
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel, Google mail
Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized
Ability to multitask and acclimatize in a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of file management, applicant tracking, minutes managing and other administrative duties
Must possess strong interpersonal skills
Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently
