Your Main Focus Will Be:

+ + Ensure productivity, accuracy, and timely completion of the loading/unloading operation.

  • Adhering to all safety regulations and OSHA requirements.

  • Manage product rotation and product replenishment processes.

  • Contribute to warehouse organization and housekeeping.

  • Assist in the process of receiving incoming freight when needed.

  • Assist in the training and development of new employees.

  • Accurately send/receive transfers to and from other warehouses.

  • Assist in managing overtime & all other operational costs relative to day operations.

  • Assist other departments (Recycling, Delivery) with the check-in and check-out.

    Position Requirements:

  • Associate's degree is a plus.

  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in receiving and distribution.

  • Experience working with a unionized workforce.

  • Basic familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word. Advanced skills are a plus.

  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems. Eostar and Vocallect a plus.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

  • Solid time management skills, ability to prioritize, and work under deadlines.

  • Baseline knowledge of DOT and OSHA regulations.

  • Understands the concept of FIFO and has slotting experience.

    Salary: $70,000.00-$75,000.00

    It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
