JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Who We Are Milliman Skysail is looking for a Pharmacy RFP Management Consultant who will be responsible for managing the Request for Proposals (RFP) process for Payers seeking Pharmacy Benefit services. For each RFP, this person will anticipate and satisfy the needs of the client as well as set and meet the appropriate timelines. Milliman Skysail is a consulting and software-as-a-service (SaaS) unit of Milliman that leads the way in pharmacy claims analysis and reporting. Job Responsibilities Lead the RFP Process Facilitate meetings and communication with Payers, PBMs, team members, and other Milliman practices Set and meet RFP timelines Advise, propose, and review RFP questions Review and assess RFP technical and financials Guide clients through each RFP round, BAFO, and vendor selection Oversee the contract stage, including recommending updates and working with PBMs and Payers Assist with the transition to the implementation phase Facilitate use of tools, reports, dashboards to centralize RFP timelines and deliverables Appropriately engage other business units and...
