Key responsibilities
Search for additional information for documents that are deemed incomplete
Review and remove unneeded data as well as combine data from multiple sources
File information into spreadsheets, databases and customer relationship management systems
Examine reports and sheets of data
Search the internet for information
Keep detailed records of tasks, files, and progress
Methodically review completed work, checking for computation errors or duplicate values before submitting the final product Requirements - Demonstrated typing accuracy
- Candidate must have substantial computer experience including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize work
Proven knowledge of insurance claims
Expertise in data entry
HealthCare Claim experience highly desired
Solid understanding of customer service
Claim Administration experience
Claims processing experience preferred
