Insight Global Associate Product Manager in Brookfield, Wisconsin

Job Description

Summary:

As an Associate Product Manager, you will be collaborating cross functionally with teams to ensure products are meeting the needs of healthcare professionals and improves patient care outcomes. The ideal candidate will utilize clinical knowledge/experience to help with development and innovation of medical devices. This person will ideally have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), have a passion for creativity and innovation, and have a passion to improve safety and care across the industries!

Responsibilities:

Work with teams to create product development that meets specific needs of healthcare environments

Provide insight on new product design, functionality, and user experience

Conduct market research to find trends and customer needs to help inform product development

Gather and analyze data/feedback from customers to aid in continuous improvement

Manage product development timelines and quality standards

Cross functionally collaborate with various departments and teams to maintain goals and regulatory compliance

Skills and Requirements

Bachelors degree in Nursing, Healthcare Admin, or related field

2+ years experience as a nurse or CNA

Passion for development and product management that improves patient care

Ability to provide analysis for clinical data, market trends, and user feedback

Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment and ability to take on challenges and think critically Product management certification or coursework null
