Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Administrator to oversee operations within our organization. The position requires a current Missouri Registered Nurse (RN) License. A Bachelor's Degree in Public Health Administration or a related field preferred. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public health. This role is essential in ensuring that our facility runs smoothly and that the needs of our clients are met with the utmost care and professionalism.
Duties
- Supervise daily operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to foster a positive work environment.
- Oversee budgeting and billing processes to ensure efficient allocation of resources while maintaining high-quality care standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement best practices in public health care.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client care and facility operations.
- Engage with families and community stakeholders to promote services and address any concerns.
Skills
- Strong supervisory skills with experience in managing a team within a public health agency.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records.
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management to ensure sustainable operations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with staff, clients, and families.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Development and oversite of planning within the agency and with community partners.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
