The Senior Case Manager should be able to assume the role of the Program Director in the event of his/ her absence, and to assist the PD in the performance and duties of the program director’s job. The Senior Case Manager will report directly to the Program Director and in the event of the absence of the PD, to either the Assistant Executive Director or the Quality Assurance Director. Qualifications:•Bachelor’s Degree •Experience: Three (3) years’ experience working in social services, including one year as a Case Manager, preferred. Schedule: Office hours are Monday - Friday; 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.Salary: Annualized at $ 58,793 plus benefitsPhysical Requirements/ Limitations: Candidates must be able to access areas from the basement to the roof in a non-elevator four story building, be able to travel to different locations in the community utilizing public transportation, and must be able to demonstrate proper cleaning and apartment maintenance methods to residents in addressing their activities of daily living.
