InGenesis is currently seeking part-time Receptionists to work with our client in Bronx, NY. In this role, you will be working in the New York City Children Center. Job Duties · Screen all visitors · Call staff for all medical and non-medical emergencies · Ensure smooth communication with all staff and visitors. · The switchboard operators provide 16 hours per day, 7 days per week coverage for our reception area and is essential in ensuring the flow of the communication at the hospital. Preferred Qualifications · Skilled in using Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and Forms · Keyboard proficiency · Ability to manage multiple tasks · Composed and professional demeanor in internal and external interactions · Maintain satisfactory time and attendance record Shifts: Mon-Fri, 4-8pm -or- Sat-Sun, 10am-8pm *Pay rate range commensurate on experience.
