MassHire GBWB Part-Time Marketing Associate in Brockton, Massachusetts
Job Description: Part-Time Marketing Associate 20 hrs. weekly. Reports to: Employer Services Manager Purpose: To enhance the marketing of our MassHire mission to employers, job seekers, and partners. Primary Duties: Meet with staff to assist in developing programmatic content. Distribute social media content for all our major platforms with trending news, programs, and events. Assist in the development of marketing and advertising promotional activities. Develop recommendations of tools for the delivery of marketing materials. Assist in the distribution of print marketing materials. Work with the marketing team on detailed presentations on marketing activities for quarterly board meetings. Assist with the planning and hosting of events. Research and evaluate partner marketing and digital content for sharing with our networks. Preferred Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge, Abilities Associate?s (2 years in college) preferred plus some experience in the public workforce sector. Familiarity with social media strategies and platforms Expertise in software such as Microsoft Office, Zoom, Google Classroom/suites, etc. for remote delivery of services. Experience with content creation. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or its equivalent required. The capability to work remotely and have reliable internet service. Ability to multitask and assist with multiple projects. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Capable of both taking initiative and working in a team environment Driver?s License & Reliable Transportation. Ability to work as part of a team and learn from peers. Ability to work nights/weekends when necessary for events. Salary This is a part-time position with a pay range of \$20-\$25/hr. based upon experience. The Individual will receive all mandated part time benefits (Unemployment, sick leave) but is not eligible for other organizational benefits.
