As a Business Experience Planning & Administration Specialist Sr within PNC’s Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA; Birmingham, AL; Cleveland, OH. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager’s discretion.

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented resource to join our team, specializing in data reporting, analysis, application and performance management. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Tableau, SQL, Excel, TOAD, and JIRA, along with experience in application security and adherence to enterprise architecture standards and patterns. This role is essential for providing actionable insights, maintaining data integrity, and supporting the organization’s data-driven and secure operational goals. Experience:

• Proven track record in data analysis, reporting, visualization, and database management.

• Experience in application support, including application security responsibilities.

• Familiarity with implementing controls and metrics for business monitoring.

Competencies:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to work on multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills to present insights and solutions effectively to stakeholders.

• Work in an collaborative environment but also be self motivated

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Tableau for designing, building, and managing

reports and dashboards.

• Intermediate SQL skills for querying and managing large

datasets.

• Experience with TOAD for database management and Excel (VLOOKUPs, joins, pivot tables, macros).

• Familiarity with JIRA for task management and issue tracking.

Job Description

  • Supports one or more business initiatives to understand, analyze, develop and implement key line of business solutions that will drive business objectives. Demonstrates commitment to quality by delivering the CARES model to customers and/or internal partners.

  • Understands the business problem, identifies complex issues and prepares and executes a planned approach for one or more line of business initiatives.

  • Defines and obtains data collection, research and reporting activities for assigned line of business initiatives. Analyzes and recommends solutions for key initiatives.

  • Works with key decision makers to ensure cross-business and cross-functional alignment and synergy.

  • Serves as subject matter resource and advocate that implements best practices and learning plans to meet business objectives.
