Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role include handling customer applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and addressing customer inquiries in a detail-oriented manner. This position is located in Broadview, Illinois, 60155, United States and offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Precise and efficient processing of customer credit applications

• Maintaining up-to-date and accurate customer credit records

• Addressing customer inquiries and resolving them in a timely and detail-oriented manner

• Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions where required

• Ensuring all data entry tasks are completed with precision and in a timely manner

• Identifying and rectifying any discrepancies in payment information

• Managing and directing phone calls in a detail-oriented manner, maintaining a polite and service-oriented demeanor with all callers

• Recording detailed notes from phone conversations and communicating this information to the relevant team members

• Upholding data privacy and confidentiality in compliance with regulations and guidelines

• Performing administrative tasks such as filing and other tasks as needed. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role

• Proficiency in data entry is essential

• Excellent customer service skills are required

• Effective email correspondence skills are a must

• Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Proven track record of efficiently organizing files

• Ability to perform calculations with accuracy

• Fast and accurate typing skills are necessary
