AT&T Sr Associate Network Technology Support in Brno, Czech Republic

Job Description:

Working time: US hours (shifts between 2.00 pm - midnight) with flexibility (Mon-Fri)

Technical Skills:

Customer service skills

WAN/LAN, IT infrastructure, hosting

Excellent knowledge of WAN, LAN, IT infrastructure, and hosting to manage the IT operations

Good knowledge on various Router, Switches.

Load Balancers, Firewalls, Wireless technology, Access Points, WAN Circuits, SD WAN, Call manager, gateway etc

Strong understanding of Voice, VPN, Data and IP networks is required

Strong understanding of Internet and Internet routing troubleshooting

FlexWare uCPE - Juniper extensive knowledge

VNF management

OOB management

Digi modem

LTE/5G

IP Routing

VMWare SDWAN

AT&T Transport Management

3rd Party transport management

Excellent communication both verbal and written

Problem solving

Remedy Ticketing System - AOTS/UD

Microsoft Office suite(Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Power BI)
