Oracle Software Developer in Test - fresh graduate in BRNO, Czech Republic

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated tests to ensure product quality.

And the ability to work with programming languages such as Groovy, Java, NodeJS, JS, Typescript.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and Implement Automated Tests:

  2. Develop and execute comprehensive suites of automated test plans and test cases.

  3. Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks.

  4. Collaborate with development teams to ensure consistent project execution.

  5. Quality Assurance:

  6. Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs.

  7. Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.

  8. Technical Expertise:

  9. Utilize Groovy, Java, and NodeJS for writing automation scripts.

  10. Integrate test automation into CI/CD processes and tools.

  11. Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.

  12. Collaboration and Communication:

  13. Collaborate with internal teams to identify system requirements.

  14. Liaise with internal teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering or a related field.

  • Knowledge of WEB applications structure and related experience.

  • Knowledge of related technologies stack Groovy, Java, NodeJS, JS, Typescript.

  • Proven work experience in software quality assurance and test automation.

  • Any knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

  • Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.

  • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.

  • Experience with both white box and black box testing.

  • Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.

  • Preferable knowledge of ERP systems nice to have.
