Oracle Principal Product Manager - Strategy (NetSuite expert) in BRNO, Czech Republic

Job Description

Summary

Senior Product Manager to analyze, provide insights, and align on problem areas and solutions for our mid-market sub-segments. Conduct in-depth analysis of the mid-market segment to identify key pain points, challenges, and opportunities.

Definition of usage data. Drive detailed MoSCoW draft. Coordinate and collaborate with organization leaders and other stakeholders to align on milestones. Assist with scope questions.

Responsibilities

Problem Analysis & Insights:

  • Analyze and provide insights on the problem areas within our mid-market sub-segments.

  • Align on solutions that address these problem areas effectively.

Data Definition:

  • Define and analyze usage data to inform product decisions and strategies.

  • Provide guidance on product scope and prioritize solutions

MoSCoW Drafting:

  • Drive the creation of detailed MoSCoW drafts to prioritize product features and requirements.

Coordination & Collaboration:

  • Coordinate and collaborate with Application, Foundation, and other key stakeholders to align on milestones.

  • Assist with scope questions to ensure clarity and alignment across teams.

  • Work closely with engineering, design, GTM, services, legal, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategy

Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • NetSuite experience

  • Proven track record in product management with a focus on B2B SaaS software products.

  • Deep understanding of the mid-market segment and its specific needs and challenges.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
