This team provides fully on-site support.
From sample to knowledge to results, the Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry business develops and manufactures powerful chromatography and mass spectrometry instruments, consumables, and software solutions for customers working in analytical sciences and scientific research. Our complete workflow solutions enable productivity and efficiency for customers in a wide range of industries, including food and beverage testing and manufacturing, environmental and industrial testing, biopharma QA/QC, toxicology, and anti-doping.
Key responsibilities include, but are not exclusively:
Help to identify and fix Master Data issues / gaps
Review and establish sustaining process
Data validation and cleanup
Use internal data resources and take appropriate actions to help drive the quality of Customer, Equipment Records and Service Entitlement data
Support additional master data management tasks relating to Installed Base, Contact, Contract administration and order management
Maintain data health by regularly auditing database to ensure minimum required information is up to date
Data, process and critical issue resolution
Specific responsibilities:
Attend reviews of recent ticket closure
Onboarding discovery sessions to understand gaps and data challenges, ie. could participate in routine operations meeting when new sales, installation and recent field service visits are discussed
Strong application and data analysis skills, including experience with data standardization, data clean up, and data consolidation
Develop and continually improve business processes by initiating process audits and Practical Process Improvement (PPI) projects
Help to identify opportunities for automation (BOT)
Resolve and bring up Master Data Management process and data issues
Provide regular reports to partners
Master Data process performance reporting and addressing of critical issues to functional managers
Data standardization and synchronization issues
Help to create and maintain process documentation
Requirements:
High School education preferably with technical base or administration, logistics or equivalent.
Proficient with MS Office programs (i.e. Excel, Word)
SAP experience is preferred
Sales Force, Cloud 4 Service knowledge is encouraged
Proficient written and spoken English, previous work experience with international team
Good communication skills - understand issues and to be able to formulate and articulate the most appropriate solutions to resolve them
Have the ability to positively influence team / colleagues and customers in a professional manner
