Oracle Cloud Operations - Software Engineer - NetSuite Migrate Validation team in BRNO, Czech Republic

About the Job:
Our team builds software and processes that ensure schema changes are adequately tested, and risk is well understood in advance of deployment in production. The team identifies time-consuming internal processes and builds solutions that are reliable and scalable enough to work with the rapid global expansion at NSGBU.
This position is for Software Engineer position in NetSuite Migrate Validation team. As a key member of the team, you will validate the software and implement processes to make deployment of Oracle-NetSuite reliable and risk free for our customers.
Responsibilities:
Validate Schema of Oracle NetSuite instances
Validate tools and processes to streamline and automate current manual tasks
Design and Implement the building blocks of an overall Continuous Validation ecosystem in pre-Production environment
Leverage technologies like Python, Open Search, Salt Stack, Oracle database, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, etc.
Able to work with cross functional teams: Infra, DevOps, and DBA, to streamline overall Operational processes
Design innovative solutions to complex problems
Requirements:
2+ years of related experience
Basics in Python or a similar high-level programming language
Working knowledge of Databases and SQL language
Comprehensive understanding of Linux operating system
Atlassian Jira, Confluence knowledge a plus
Self-starter with a strong desire to learn is a must
Expert at multi-tasking and managing parallel projects and deliverables at the same time
Team player who can be innovative and think of new ways to improve process and tools
Ability to work independently and with groups
Ability to troubleshoot complex problems and escalate
Communicative English
