Position Overview: As a Pharmaceutical Labeling Inspector and Quality Control Operator, you will be responsible for operating inspection machines to meticulously examine rolls of pharmaceutical labels for any defects or imperfections. Your keen attention to detail and commitment to quality will be essential as you conduct thorough inspections to ensure that all labels meet our stringent standards. Additionally, you will perform quality control checks to verify the accuracy and consistency of the labels, contributing to the overall excellence of our production processes. Key Responsibilities: Operate inspection machines to examine rolls of pharmaceutical labels for defects, such as misprints, smudges, or inconsistencies. Conduct visual inspections and use specialized equipment to identify and rectify any issues with the labels. Document inspection results and record any defects or deviations from quality standards. Collaborate with production team members to address and resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner. Perform periodic quality control checks to ensure the accuracy and consistency of labels throughout the production process. Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to provide feedback and suggestions for process improvement. Adhere to safety protocols and company procedures at all times to maintain a safe and productive work environment. Assist with other production tasks and duties as needed to support overall operations.
