TEKsystems Install Technician in Brisbane, California
Role: Residential and Small Business Install Technician
Description of work to be performed:
Installation: Setting up fire and security alarm systems, including control panels, prewiring, and sensors to existing homes.
Maintenance and Repair: Regularly inspecting systems, diagnosing issues, and performing necessary repairs to ensure optimal functionality.
Testing: Conducting tests on all system components to verify they are working correctly and comply with relevant codes and regulations.
Customer Education: Explaining system operations to homeowners, providing instructions on maintenance, and answering any questions.
Documentation: Writing service and status reports, maintaining records of work performed, and ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.
Compliance: Ensuring all installations and repairs meet safety codes and industry standards.
Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving system malfunctions or flaws.
Skilled in: Access Control, Alarm, Burglar, and Installation
Preferred: Alarm Company Employee Card (ACE)
Specified hand tools/materials list must include: Butt Set, Toner, Meter, Corded Drill, Cordless Drill, Fish Tape, Hand tools, and 8ft foldable ladder.
Experience Level: Intermediate Level
