The Opportunity

The SharePoint Administrator and Developer will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and developing custom solutions for the Abt's SharePoint environment.

Core Responsibilities:

Specific duties will include but not be limited to:

SharePoint Administration

  • Manage and maintain SharePoint sites, site collections, and related services

  • Configure and maintain SharePoint security, permissions, and access controls

  • Monitor and troubleshoot SharePoint issues, provide technical support, and escalate issues as needed

  • Ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and guidelines for SharePoint development and administration

SharePoint Development:

  • Develop and maintain custom SharePoint solutions using .NET, SharePoint Designer, and other development tools

  • Develop and maintain SharePoint workflows, forms, and applications

  • Create and maintain SharePoint reports and dashboards using Power BI or other reporting tools

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide guidance, and develop solutions to meet business needs

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SharePoint technologies, trends, and best practices

Specific technical competencies and other tasks

  • SharePoint Online development and configuration

  • Microsoft 365 applications configuration and integration

  • Power Automate, PowerApps, Teams, Forms, Power BI

  • Operating within a SDLC framework

  • Business Analysis

  • Reporting & other tasks as directed.

What We Value

  • Ideally experience in a similar role

  • Demonstrated SharePoint Online development and configuration experience

  • Demonstrated Business Analysis experience

  • Ability to work in an environment with tight deadlines, and have a high level of initiative and self-motivation
