CBRE Advisory & Transaction Services includes: Tenant Representation, Structured Transactions & Advisory Services, Workplace Strategy, Leasing and Transaction Management Disposals & subleasing. Our talented team of diverse professionals work in partnership with our clients and look beyond the traditional scope of transactions, incorporating insight from experts across our business to ensure maximum value.

About the role:

  • Platform/Operations: Ensuring best in class tools, technology and operations are available to the business in addition to continual policy, procedure and process improvement.

  • Marketing: Assist in identifying green space opportunities in market, partner with Marcomms to develop & implement marketing strategies.

  • Recruitment & Retention: Working closely with People, Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development to source, manage and retain existing talent and maximise engagement.

  • Active management of financial performance, including monitoring, forecasting, budgeting, expense management and use of Strategic Marketing Fund.

  • Collaborate with Business line leaders and drive the business planning process, review strategy and track goals.

  • Foster strong relationships with the broader CBRE business to encourage increased collaboration and communication.

  • Drive change, challenge current state processes, seek growth opportunities and efficiencies.

About you:

  • Proven experience in an operationally focused role preferably within Property or Professional Services.

  • Relationship driven, open communicative style, customer focused.

  • Big picture thinker with the ability to join the dots, think commercially and cut through ambiguity.

  • Highly organised, efficiency driven, strives for better ways of working.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, articulate and numerate.

  • Previous participation in technology roll outs.
