CBRE's Development and Infrastructure team is a full-service advisory, providing strategy, feasibility, business case, planning, procurement, structured transactions and delivery of large scale, complex development and infrastructure projects across Australia.

About the roles:

  • Professionals in early years of their career from development, infrastructure and project backgrounds to join our expanding consultancy-based Development & Infrastructure Advisory group.

  • Exposure to contributing to projects/assignments and working with multidisciplinary teams across the private and public sector space to achieve client outcomes.

  • Seeking to increase your exposure to a broad range of asset classes such as Utilities (Water/Energy), Transport, Arts Sports & Rec, Property, Education and Health.

  • Responsible for activities within project/assignments including scope development, consultant and supplier procurement, project scheduling, financial tracking, risk management, contract administration and project reporting.

  • Preparing written reports and presenting to clients.

  • Fostering professional relationships.

About you:

  • Tertiary qualifications in disciplines such as: Engineering, Construction Management, Property Economics, Development, Town Planning or Architecture, with 1 - 5 years’ experience.

  • Early track record in your carer of success in role such as Assistant Development or Assistant Project Manager, Designer, Engineer or Infrastructure Advisor or Town Planner within the public or private sector.

  • Successful participation in teams and projects.

  • High level written and verbal communication skills.

  • An eye for detail with an analytical mindset and numerical proficiency.

  • Team player with energy, enthusiasm and the capacity to collaborate and share knowledge and ideas.
