Job Description: AriensCo is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer who is ready to make a significant impact on our manufacturing processes, producing some of the industry\'s highest quality outdoor power equipment. We\'re seeking an innovative, curious, and driven engineer eager to apply their experience in a hands-on environment, tackle exciting challenges, and bring their ideas to life. DAY TO DAY... Process Design and Optimization: Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes for assembly operations. If a process needs modified, the ME is the primary team responsible for implementing the change. This includes designing workflows, selecting appropriate tools and equipment, and ensuring optimal placement of machinery to maximize productivity and minimize waste. Continuous Improvement: Lead continuous improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams to enhance assembly processes, reduce waste, and increase productivity. This includes continuously reviewing current processes, equipment, and layouts to identify opportunities for improvement, actively seeking to incorporate new technologies or enhancements to existing operations. Specifically, these improvements could involve introducing a new tool, adjusting the sequence of operations, or modifying tasks in response to suggestions or incidents (e.g., a safety near miss).
